Restorative Yoga, the supreme practice for deep relaxation and rejuvenation

Available to book now, a short course in Restorative Yoga on Wednesdays March 5th, 12th, 18th, 25th at 6.30pm – 7.30pm, 71 Church Street, Louth LN11 9BZ.

Restorative Yoga is a slow, floor-based practice. The aim is not to stretch and strengthen but to relax and restore. In this style of yoga, poses are held for longer periods using various props (blocks, bolsters, blankets) to support your body for maximum comfort and deepest effect.

Practice Restorative Yoga as an antidote to our often busy and stressful modern lives or in times when you are feeling overwhelmed, unwell or recovering from injury.

£50 for the 4 week course. Suitable for complete beginners and experienced yoga fans. All props provided, just bring a blanket.

Booking essential, only 4 spaces available per course, click here to book!
