Breathe your way to better health

We generally only have a short amount of time in class to spend focussing on Pranayama (the breathing practices of yoga) even though it’s such an important aspect of yoga practice. I know a lot of you find it very helpful in your daily lives and are interested in exploring it further so I’m launching a new monthly session focussing on how to ‘breathe your way to better health’. The first sessions will be held on Monday 6th Feb, 11am – 12pm in Scamblesby and Thursday 9th Feb, 12.15pm at Ayscough Hall in Louth.
