Gentle Years Yoga

Are you aged 65+? Improve your strength, mobility, balance and overall fitness through this gentle and effective yoga class. Addressing the specific needs of older adults, the class can be practiced from a chair or standing and is suitable even for those with physical challenges or replacement parts! 

Thursdays 11am at Ayscough Hall, Lee Street Louth LN11 9HL 
Starting Thursday 20th May, Covid regulations permitting. 

1 hour class with time for a cuppa and a chat after the session.
£8 drop-in, £28 for a 4 week block, first session free.
