Breathe your way to better health

We generally only have a short amount of time in class to spend focussing on Pranayama (the breathing practices of yoga) even though it’s such an important aspect of yoga practice. I know a lot of you find it very helpful in your daily lives and are interested in exploring it further so I’m launching a new monthly session focussing on how to ‘breathe your way to better health’. The first sessions will be held on Monday 6th Feb, 11am – 12pm in Scamblesby and Thursday 9th Feb, 12.15pm at Ayscough Hall in Louth. Numbers limited so please message me if you’d like to come along to one of these sessions.

Winter Yoga Workshops – 14th & 15th January

Each morning will consist of a long class, a tasty homemade soup break with time to explore an aspect of yoga philosophy and we finish off with a relaxation/meditation. Still only £20 for the session, gift vouchers available so do start dropping hints to your loved ones!

Please let me know if you’d like to reserve a place on either of these dates.

Many thanks.
